{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-275.020","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 275.020","heading":"Procedure for forming limited liability company.","body":"(1) One (1) or more persons may serve as the organizer and form a limited liability\ncompany by delivering articles of organization to the Secretary of State for filing. It\nshall not be necessary that the person or persons be members of the limited liability\ncompany.\n(2) Unless a delayed effective date is specified, the existence of the limited liability\ncompany shall begin when the articles of organization are filed by the Secretary of\nState.
