{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-275.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 275.160","heading":"Operations outside Kentucky -- Kentucky law controlling in cases of","body":"conflict.\n(1) A limited liability company may conduct its business, carry on its operations, and\nexercise the power granted by this chapter in any state or in any foreign country.\n(2) The personal liability of members, managers, employees, and agents of a limited\nliability company to any person or in any action or proceeding for the debts,\nobligations, or liabilities of a limited liability company or for the acts of omissions\nof other members, managers, employees, or agents of a limited company shall be\ngoverned solely and exclusively by this chapter and the laws of this\nCommonwealth.
