{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-277.080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 277.080","heading":"Railroad company may transport by motor vehicle and by air.","body":"Any railroad company may engage in the business of a common carrier for the\ntransportation of persons and property by motor vehicles operated upon the highways and\nby airplanes in the air, and may purchase or lease the property, rights and franchises of\nany person engaged in transportation of persons or property by motor vehicle or by\nairplane, and may acquire the capital stock of any corporation engaged in such\ntransportation, or make any agreement or arrangement, not inconsistent with laws, with\nany perso n engaged or authorized to engage in such transportation.
