{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-278.330","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 278.330","heading":"Witnesses.","body":"The commission and each of the commissioners, for the purposes mentioned in the\npreceding sections of this chapter, may administer oaths, examine witnesses, and certify\nofficial acts. If any person fails to comply with any lawful order of the commission or  of\nany commissioner, or with process, or if any witness refuses to testify concerning any\nmatter on which he may lawfully be interrogated, any Circuit Judge, on application of the\ncommission or of a commissioner, may compel obedience by proceedings for contempt as\nin the case of disobedience of a subpoena issued from the circuit court or a refusal to\ntestify therein.
