{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-278.610","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 278.610","heading":"Requirements for certification of nuclear power facility.","body":"(1) The  Public Service Commission may certify a nuclear power facility if it finds\nthat the facility and plan for storage of the facility's high-level nuclear waste\nhave been approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.\n(2) The commission shall have the authority to hire a consultant to perform duties\nrelating to this section.
