{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-27a.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 27A.070","heading":"Administrative Office of the Courts to send notices of felony convictions to","body":"the State Board of Elections -- Removal of names from voter registration\nrecords.\n(1) The Administrative Office of the Courts shall send certified notices of conviction of\na felony to the State Board of Elections within ten (10) days after the conviction\nbecomes final with regard to any person before the courts of the Commonwealth.\n(2) By July 24, 2026, the Administrative Office of the Courts shall send to the State\nBoard of Elections an all -time list of persons convicted of a felony, including any\npersons convicted of a felony whose case is currently pending appeal, who are\ncurrently ineligible to vote.
