{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-27a.400","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 27A.400","heading":"Sentencing level relating to sentence imposed.","body":"The sentencing level of the system shall consist of at least the following information as\nrelates to the sentence imposed:\n(1) Sentencing date;\n(2) Sentence for each offense;\n(3) If sentenced to imprisonment:\n(a) Place of imprisonment;\n(b) Sentence minimum for each offense;\n(c) Sentence maximum for each offense;\n(d) Consecutive multiple incarceration;\n(e) Concurrent multiple incarceration;\n(f) Was the defendant sentenced without privilege of parole for twenty -five (25)\nyears; and\n(g) If answer to paragraph (f) of this subsection is yes, which aggravating\ncircumstance or circumstances were found;\n(4) If sentenced to a fine:\n(a) The amount of the fine;\n(b) Is the fine to be paid in installments;\n(c) If answer to paragraph (b) of this subsection is yes, amount of each\ninstallment;\n(d) Was the fine paid in full upon conviction;\n(e) If not, what amount was paid; and\n(f) How much of money held for bail was used in payment of the fine;\n(5) If any other sentence was imposed:\n(a) The nature of the sentence;\n(b) Was conditional discharge imposed and what were the conditions of the\ndischarge;\n(c) Was restitution imposed;\n(d) If restitution was imposed, what were the conditions of restitution;\n(e) If monetary restitution was imposed, what was the amount;\n(f) Was the amount paid in full upon conviction;\n(g) If restitution was to be paid in installments, what is the amount of each\ninstallment and to whom is it to be paid; and\n(h) List any other type of sentence imposed;\n(6) Were court costs imposed:\n(a) The amount of the costs;\n(b) Are the costs to be paid in installments;\n(c) If answer to paragraph (b) of this subsection is yes, the amount of each\ninstallment;\n(d) Were the costs paid in full upon conviction; and\n(e) If not, how much was paid;\n(7) Was a crime victim compensation fund cost imposed:\n(a) The amount imposed;\n(b) Is this amount to be paid in installments;\n(c) If answer to paragraph (b) of this subsection is yes, the amount of each\ninstallment;\n(d) Was the  crime victim compensation fund cost paid in full upon conviction;\nand\n(e) If not, how much was paid;\n(8) List all other fees, costs, and similar monetary penalties which were imposed but\nnot listed above:\n(a) List separately the amount of each;\n(b) List separately each to be paid in installments;\n(c) List separately the amount of each installment;\n(d) Were these costs paid in full upon conviction; list each; and\n(e) If not, list the amount paid on each.","path":["KRS Chapter 27A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20960","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:47Z","sha256":"52e896a2d768bd0576fe5caa0d230495c8e27126f68a8fe36202824f390b7835","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-27a.390","next":"us-ky/krs-27a.410"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
