{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-27a.430","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 27A.430","heading":"Institutional level.","body":"The institutional level of the system shall consist of at least the following information:\n(1) Date of institutionalization;\n(2) Type of incoming action;\n(3) If defendant sentenced to death:\n(a) First scheduled date of execution;\n(b) Date defendant executed;\n(c) Date sentence commuted in lieu of execution;\n(d) Sentence to which sentence of death was commuted;\n(4) Date defendant released from institution;\n(5) Type of release from institution;\n(6) If the offender is released on parole:\n(a) Offense for which convicted;\n(b) Maximum expiration date;\n(c) Minimum expiration date;\n(d) Was the parole supervision fee imposed;\n(e) What was the amount actually imposed for the parole supervision fee;\n(f) What amount of the parole supervision fee was actually collected;\n(g) Was restitution ordered as part of conditions of the parole;\n(h) What amount of restitution was ordered;\n(i) What amount of restitution has been paid;\n(j) Was a victim impact statement presented to the parole board; did it favor the\nrelease of the offender;\n(k) Did the prosecutor present a statement to the parole board; did it favor the\nrelease of the offender; and\n(l) Did the victim or a representative of the victim appear before the parole\nboard; did he favor the release of the offender;\n(7) If the offender released on parole violates parole or is rearrested:\n(a) What was the specific parole violation;\n(b) Was the offender arrested for the violation;\n(c) What was the outcome of the parole violation hearing;\n(d) Was the offender reinstitutionalized;\n(e) If arrested for a new criminal offense, list the KRS number, name, and level of\nthe offense;\n(f) Was the offender subsequently convicted thereof;\n(g) Was the offender reinstitutionalized for the offense; and\n(h) Was the offender placed on probation for the offense.","path":["KRS Chapter 27A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20963","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:47Z","sha256":"4933afaa02d41d72b20bf125980193658f6a35614ba2f20de52ebbd14134e647","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-27a.420","next":"us-ky/krs-27a.440"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
