{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-27a.440","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 27A.440","heading":"Informational and evaluational level.","body":"The informational and evaluational level of the system shall consist of at least the\nfollowing information:\n(1) KRS numbers, names and levels of offenses;\n(2) Updates of information on:\n(a) Payment of fines;\n(b) Payment of costs;\n(c) Payment of restitution amounts;\n(d) Payment of court-ordered monetary penalties other than the above; and\n(e) Satisfaction of other types of court-ordered restitution;\n(3) Cases in which shock probation has been granted:\n(a) In such cases all information required for KRS 27A.41 0 and 27A.420 shall be\nentered for each case as an update to that person's file; and\n(b) Extracted data on shock probation shall be placed in the annual report of the\nAdministrative Office of the Courts.","path":["KRS Chapter 27A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20964","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:47Z","sha256":"1c31639efe5c89e36a0a0a05e1067f206d80b96131fe681e298c25da2d53c6aa","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-27a.430","next":"us-ky/krs-27a.450"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
