{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-27a.460","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 27A.460","heading":"Annual report of Administrative Office of the Courts.","body":"The Administrative Office of the Courts shall issue an annual report beginning calendar\nyear 1987 with sufficient detail as to be able to identify, on a county -by-county basis as\nwell as statewide totals, for felony arrest:\n(1) Conviction percentages;\n(2) Percentages of fines, imprisonment, or other penalty assessment;\n(3) Percentage of acquittals;\n(4) Percentage of dismissals;\n(5) Percentage of pleas as charges;\n(6) Percentage of pleas to reduce charges;\n(7) Percentage of disposition to guilty as charged by trial;\n(8) Percentage of those found guilty of lesser charge by trial;\n(9) Percentage of cases where jury trial taken;\n(10) Percentage of trials which are bench trials; and\n(11) The number of juvenile offenders tried as an adult.\nThe information gathered  shall be available to all agencies involved in the criminal\njustice system and the public.","path":["KRS Chapter 27A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20967","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:47Z","sha256":"6cb400cb2f97df30ec9e58c50a2a2672ae77abfa713211e6c25b61022bbde0ec","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-27a.455","next":"us-ky/krs-27a.470"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
