{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-27a.610","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 27A.610","heading":"Duties of designated agencies.","body":"The agency designated pursuant to KRS 27A.600 shall have the following duties in\ncarrying out the provisions of KRS 27A.600 to 27A.640:\n(1) To develop, operate, and administer programs within the judicial district or districts\nserved to provide free legal services to indigent clients involved in civil matters\nwithin the jurisdiction of the courts or the judicial district or districts.\n(2) To report annually to the Supreme Court of Kentucky, through the Administrative\nOffice of the Courts, on its activities conducted pursuant to KRS 27A.600 to\n27A.640.\n(3) To maintain an appropriate accounting of all funds received pursuant to KRS\n27A.600 to 27A.640, and to prepare and submit to the Administrative Office of the\nCourts an annual statement accounting for the use of the funds.\n(4) To refund annually all unused or uncommitted funds as provided in KRS\n27A.630(4).","path":["KRS Chapter 27A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20970","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:47Z","sha256":"b4ac3fb93fd0ef09a85bea5aeb13f9902660807af772c296b8dbfef2f6ea552b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-27a.600","next":"us-ky/krs-27a.620"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
