{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-281.610","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 281.610","heading":"Regulation of interstate commerce.","body":"(1) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to interstate commerce, except insofar as\nsuch application is in conflict with any provision of the Constitution of the United\nStates or the Acts of Congress.\n(2) The commissioner may grant a certificate for the t ransportation of passengers or\nproperty for compensation in interstate commerce, and may regulate such interstate\ncommerce under the authority of and in accordance with the provisions of any Act\nof Congress vesting in or delegating to the commissioner such  authority as an\nagency of the United States government.
