{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-281.656","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 281.656","heading":"Abatement and suspension of operating rights upon cancellation of bond","body":"or insurance policy.\nUpon the cancellation of any bond or insurance policy required by KRS 281.655, all\noperating rights granted by the certificate for which said bond or insuran ce policy was\nfiled shall immediately abate and be suspended; provided, however, that if the bond or\ninsurance policy is reinstated within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of\ncancellation the operating rights granted by the certificate shall aga in be in force and\neffect, otherwise they shall become void.
