{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-281.745","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 281.745","heading":"Passenger vehicles required to stop at railroad crossings.","body":"The driver of any motor vehicle used in the transportation of passengers for hire shall stop\nsuch motor vehicle before crossing at grade the main track of any railroad, except where\nthe crossing is a guarded crossing protected by gates or a flag controlled or operated by an\nemployee of the railroad company. The stop shall be made at not less than ten (10) feet\nnor more than thirty (30) feet from the nearest track to be crossed.
