{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-281a.030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 281A.030","heading":"On-line automated computer record keeping system.","body":"(1) The Transportation Cabinet shall, as expeditiously as practicable, develop and\nmaintain an on -line automated computer record keeping system having as a\nminimum, the capabilities and functions described or needed as set forth in this\nchapter. The cabinet sh all be responsible for acquisition and installation of such\nequipment or services as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.\n(2) The Transportation Cabinet shall have the full responsibility and authority for the\nday-to-day administration of the automated system.
