{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-281a.220","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 281A.220","heading":"Testing to determine alcohol concentration or presence of other","body":"controlled substances.\n(1) A person who drives a commercial motor vehicle within this state shall be deemed\nto have given his consent to take a test or tests of his blood, breath, or uri ne for the\npurpose of determining alcohol concentration, or the presence of other drugs.\n(2) A test or tests may be administered in accordance with the provisions of KRS\n189A.103 at the direction of a law enforcement officer, who after stopping or\ndetaining the commercial motor vehicle driver has reasonable cause to believe that\ndriver was driving a commercial motor vehicle while having alcohol or drugs in his\nsystem.
