{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.1-020","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.1-020","heading":"Duties of commissioner -- Administrative regulations.","body":"(1) The commissioner may promulgate, amend, and repeal any administrative\nregulations, forms, and orders as are necessary to interpret and carry out the\nprovisions and intent of this chapter.\n(2) The commissioner and his or her designees shall be allowed their  necessary\ntraveling and other expenses of conducting their office.\n(3) The commissioner may designate the deputy commissioner, division directors,\ngeneral counsel, or branch managers to sign documents under his or her\ninstructions.\n(4) The department may accept any application or other document required to be filed\nwith it in electronic format or in any other technology acceptable to the department.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=55134","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:53:35Z","sha256":"ca58b2e8ada61ee07d0697dfdccaaa229da2f169e3f76dd566d417ce70be09e7","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-286.1-013","next":"us-ky/krs-286.1-025"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
