{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.11-023","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.11-023","heading":"Extraordinary reporting requirements.","body":"A licensee shall file a written report with the commissioner within fifteen (15) business\ndays of its knowledge of the occurrence of any one (1) of the events listed below. In the\nwritten report, the licensee shall describe the event and its expected impac t on the\nlicensee's activities in the state:\n(1) Any material change in information provided in a licensee's application or renewal\nreport;\n(2) The cancellation or other impairment of the licensee's bond or other similar security\naccepted by the commissioner;\n(3) Insolvency or the filing for bankruptcy or reorganization under the United States\nBankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. secs. 101 to 110, by the licensee, responsible\nindividual, any agent, or any key officers or directors;\n(4) The filing of a petition by or against the licensee, or any agent of the licensee, for\nreceivership, the commencement of any other judicial or administrative proceeding\nfor its dissolution or reorganization, or the making of a general assignment for the\nbenefit of its creditors;\n(5) The filing of any material litigation against the licensee by any state or federal\ngovernmental authority, or by any country in which the licensee engages in the\nbusiness of money transmission or is licensed;\n(6) Any felony indictment of the licensee, respons ible individual, agent, or any of its\nkey officers or directors;\n(7) Any felony conviction of the licensee, responsible individual, agent, or any of its\nkey officers or directors;\n(8) Any misdemeanor conviction of the licensee, responsible individual, agen t, or any\nof its key officers or directors of any misdemeanor involving the business of money\ntransmission; and\n(9) Any misdemeanor conviction of the licensee, responsible individual, agent, or any\nof its key officers or directors of any misdemeanor involv ing fraud, theft, or breach\nof trust.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=14955","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:15Z","sha256":"be1f26b6906f43a5fe858712c817f7db90fcefb43c114169b3b4b828a1ca04c5","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-286.11-021","next":"us-ky/krs-286.11-025"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
