{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.3-660","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.3-660","heading":"Annual report of commissioner.","body":"Each June, the commissioner shall make a report to the Governor setting forth:\n(1) A summary of the condition of every bank or trust company organized and doing\nbusiness under the laws of this state, subject to examination and inspection under\nthis subtitle, and such other information relating to such banks and trust companies,\nas, in the commissioner's judgment, may be useful;\n(2) A statement of every bank or trust company whose business has been closed during\nthe year, that has failed or voluntarily retired during the year;\n(3) The name of banks or trust companies placed in the commissioner's hands in\nprocess of liquidation, and the amount of dividends paid thereon;\n(4) Any proposed amendment of the laws relating to banks and trust companies, by\nwhich the system, in the commissioner's judgment, may be improved, and by which\nthe security of creditors, depositors, and stockholders may be increased.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=14593","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:11Z","sha256":"2829502b70c55d1be990d28ed0f9a2a24558b48812a2b5615e0f9db74a6b5a10","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-286.3-640","next":"us-ky/krs-286.3-690"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
