{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.4-425","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.4-425","heading":"Commissioner's coordination with State Regulatory Registry and other","body":"agencies.\n(1) As used in this section, \"registry\" means the State Regulatory Registry, LLC, or its\nsuccessor organization.\n(2) When an application, report, or approval request is required under this subtitle to be\nfiled with the commissioner, the commissioner may require, by administrative\nregulation or order, that the filing, including any applicable fees and any supporting\ndocumentation, be submitted to:\n(a) The State Regulatory Registry, LLC, or its successor organization;\n(b) The registry's parent, affiliate, or operating subsidiary; or\n(c) Other agencies or authorities as part of a nationwide licensing system, which\nmay act as an agent for receiving, requesting, and distr ibuting information to\nand from any source directed by the commissioner.\n(3) The commissioner may report violations of this subtitle, enforcement actions, and\nother relevant information to the registry, notwithstanding any provision of this\nsubtitle to the contrary.\n(4) The commissioner may use the registry as an agent for requesting information from\nand distributing information to the United States Department of Justice or other\ngovernmental agencies.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=48947","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:11Z","sha256":"884d33720f0cb472d1e1e63bb44c5845672f40064df32564ea7902d51f18fbf4","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-286.4-420","next":"us-ky/krs-286.4-430"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
