{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.6-055","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.6-055","heading":"Office facilities.","body":"(1) A credit union may change its principal place of business within this state upon\nwritten authorization by the commissioner. If the commissioner has not notified a\ncredit union of his or her action on an application to change the place of business\nwithin fi fteen (15) calendar days of the date the application was received by the\ncommissioner, the credit union may proceed with the change in its place of\nbusiness.\n(2) A credit union may maintain service facilities, including automated teller machines,\nat locati ons other than its principal office upon written authorization by the\ncommissioner or as permitted by administrative regulation.
