{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.6-145","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.6-145","heading":"Annual meeting.","body":"(1) The annual meeting and any special meetings of the members of the credit union\nshall be held at the time, place, and in the manner indicated by the bylaws.\n(2) At all such meetings a member shall have but one (1) vote, irrespective of his\nshareholding.
