{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.8-080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.8-080","heading":"Factors for use by commissioner in determining approval or disapproval","body":"of application.\nUpon receipt of the application the commissioner shall first determine whether or not it\ncomplies with the provisions of this subtitle and, if the commissioner so  finds, he or she\nshall then inquire into the advisability of approving the application by determining\nwhether the applicant demonstrates such financial responsibility, financial condition, and\nbusiness expertise, character and general fitness to reasonabl y warrant the belief that the\napplicant's business will be conducted honestly, fairly and efficiently and in such a way as\nto justify public confidence. The commissioner may investigate and consider the\nqualifications of officers and directors or principal s of an applicant in determining\nwhether this qualification has been met.
