{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.8-100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.8-100","heading":"Branch offices.","body":"(1) No licensee shall establish or maintain a branch transacting business in Kentucky,\neither directly or indirectly, without:\n(a) Filing the application as described in KRS 286.8-032(5); and\n(b) Receiving prior written approval of the commissioner.\n(2) Each application for approval of the establishment and maintenance of a branch\nshall state:\n(a) The physical address of the proposed location;\n(b) The functions to be performed; and\n(c) Other information the commissioner may require if different from that\ncontained in the original application for a license or registration.\n(3) Each application under this section shall be sworn to by the applicant.\n(4) Upon the receipt of an application, if the commissioner finds that the applicant is\notherwise in compliance with the provisions of this subtitle, the commissioner shall\napprove the application.\n(5) The commissioner may deem an application abandoned and subject to KRS 286.8 -\n090 when:\n(a) The application is received incomplete; and\n(b) The applicant fails to:\n1. Provide any required information under this subtitle; or\n2.
