{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.9-128","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.9-128","heading":"Consent order for resolution of matters arising under subtitle.","body":"(1) The commissioner may enter into a consent order with another person at any time\nfor the purpose of resolving a matter arising under this subtitle. A consent order\nshall be signed by the person to whom it is issued or by the person's authorized\nrepresentative and shall indicate agreement with the terms contained in the order.
