{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-286.9-990","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 286.9-990","heading":"Penalty for violation of this subtitle.","body":"(1) Any person who intentionally violates any provision of this subtitle, or violates any\nadministrative regulation promulgated hereunder, or violates any order of the\ncommissioner, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
