{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-299.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 299.160","heading":"Notice of assessment -- Classification of expense.","body":"(1) Each notice of assessment made by a company upon its members shall truly state\nthe cause and purpose of the assessment, the amount paid on the last death claim\npaid, the cause of death and character of disease, the name of the deceased member,\nand the maxi mum face value of the policy, and if not paid in full, the reason\ntherefor.\n(2) Every call for payment shall distinctly state whether any part thereof may be used\nfor expenses, and if so, how much.
