The\nnotice shall bear the name of the secretary and shall state the amount due the company\nfrom the policyholders, the time when and to whom it shall be paid, and the use to be\nmade of the money collected. The time of payment shall be not less than thirty (30) nor\nmore than sixty (60) days from service of the notice, which may be personal or by mail.
