{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-299.470","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 299.470","heading":"Companies organized under a special charter.","body":"All the provisions of KRS 299.310 to 299.460 shall apply to companies doing business of\nthe kind and upon the plan described in subsection (4) of KRS 299.010 and organized by\nspecial charter granted by this state, where those provisions do not conflict wit h some\nvested right granted in the special charter.
