{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-29a.270","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 29A.270","heading":"Right to jury trial.","body":"(1) Defendants shall have the right to a jury trial in all criminal prosecutions, including\nprosecutions for violations of traffic laws, in the Circuit and District Courts.
