{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-303.140","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 303.140","heading":"Annual statement -- Examination by the commissioner.","body":"(1) All burial associations shall, by March 1 of each year, make and file with the\ncommissioner a report of its affairs and operations during the year ending December\n31 immediately preceding. This report shall be upon blank forms furnished by the\ncommissioner and shall be verified under oath by the authorized officers of the\nassociations. It shall show the number of outstanding policies, the number of\nmatured policies, and all other information connected with their business as the\ncommissioner requires.
