{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.13-165","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.13-165","heading":"Information to be filed by advisory organization.","body":"(1) Every advisory organization shall file with the commissioner every statistical plan,\nall prospective loss costs, provisions for special assessments, and all supplementary\nrating information, and every change or amendment or modification of any of the\nforegoing proposed for use in Kentucky. Each filing shall be filed thirty (30) days\nbefore it becomes effective, which period may be extended by the commissioner for\nan additional period not to exceed thirty (30) days, if written notice is given within\nthe initial thirty (30) day period to the advisory organization that additional time is\nneeded for the consideration of the filing. The commissioner may, upon giving\nwritten notice to the advisory organization, request additional information that is\nneeded to comp lete the review of the filing. If the commissioner requests such\nadditional information prior to the filing becoming effective, the filing shall become\neffective thirty (30) days after the additional information is provided to the\ncommissioner.\n(2) Upon wr itten application by the advisory organization, the commissioner may\nauthorize an earlier effective date.\n(3) All filings shall be subject to the provisions of KRS 304.13 -081 and all other\nprovisions of this chapter relating to filings made by insurers.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=17084","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:42Z","sha256":"2f0bdc70841c67928a95f4dcb05fc74a94f21545f56c9084e0de9af66228c594","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.13-163","next":"us-ky/krs-304.13-167"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
