{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.13-360","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.13-360","heading":"Investigatory powers of the commissioner.","body":"(1) The commissioner shall make such investigation as he or she deems necessary or\nconvenient for proper determination regarding an appeal.\n(2) The books, accounts, papers and records of every fire protection classification\nadvisory organization or insurer whi ch makes its own rates, operating in the\nCommonwealth, shall be available to the commissioner for inspection and\nexamination.
