{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.13-365","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.13-365","heading":"Hearing -- Final orders.","body":"(1) Within thirty (30) days of the filing of an appeal, the commissioner shall hold an\nadministrative hearing to be conducted in accordance with KRS 304.2 -310.\nWhenever the commissioner determines that a fire protection classification is\nunreasonable, he or sh e shall by final order prescribe a reasonable classification to\nbe followed for a period not to exceed one (1) year.
