{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.13-380","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.13-380","heading":"Reports of fire calls by fire departments -- Monthly summaries to be","body":"sent to commissioner.\n(1) Each fire department operating within the Commonwealth, whether paid or\nvolunteer, shall complete a report each time it responds to a fire call.  The report\nshall be made on a form, similar to the National Fire Protection Association's\nstandard fire reporting form, to be distributed by the Kentucky Fire Commission\nand shall include but not be limited to the following information:\n(a) Date of the fire call;\n(b) Time of day of the fire response;\n(c) Number of pieces of fire equipment responding to each call;\n(d) Number of firefighters responding to each call;\n(e) Description of the estimated fire damages; and\n(f) Cause of the fire, if known, or the suspected cause of the fire.\n(2) Each fire department operating within the Commonwealth, whether paid or\nvolunteer, shall file a monthly summary of the reports required to be completed in\nsubsection (1) of this section with the commission's office.
