{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.14-150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.14-150","heading":"Contents of policies in general.","body":"(1) Every policy shall specify:\n(a) The names of the parties to the contract.\n(b) The subject of the insurance.\n(c) The risks insured against.\n(d) The time when the insurance thereunder takes effect and the period during\nwhich the insurance is to continue.\n(e) The premium.\n(f) The conditions pertaining to the insurance.\n(g) Benefits payable.\n(2) If under the policy the exact amount of premium is determinable only at stated\nintervals or termination of the contract, a statement of the basis and rates upon\nwhich the premium is to be determined and paid shall be included.\n(3) Subsections (1) and (2) of this section shall not apply as to surety contracts, or to\ngroup insurance policies, or to title insurance policies.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=17135","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:43Z","sha256":"e8cc8a6e134d11609352333c9e1d7270bdf60864573ae9bf991f9698307b7b6e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.14-140","next":"us-ky/krs-304.14-160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
