{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.14-320","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.14-320","heading":"Exemption of proceeds, group insurance.","body":"(1) A policy of group life insurance or group health insurance or the proceeds thereof\npayable to the individual insured or to the beneficiary thereunder, shall not be liable,\neither before or after payment, to be applied by any legal or equitable process to pay\nany debt or liability of such insured individual or his beneficiary or of any other\nperson having a right under the policy.
