{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.14-420","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.14-420","heading":"Minimum standards regulations.","body":"(1) No insurance policy for homeowners, dwelling fire, automobile, accident and\nhealth, life or other forms of personal insurance shall be delivered, issued for\ndelivery, amended or renewed in this state after the effective date set out in\nsubsection (2) of th is section unless the policy is in compliance with the provisions\nof this section and KRS 304.14-430 to 304.14-450.\n(2) The commissioner shall, within one (1) year from July 15, 1988, promulgate\nadministrative regulations in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 13A\nto carry out the provisions of this section and KRS 304.14-430 to 304.14-450 and to\nestablish minimum standards for the readability and intelligibility of insurance\ncontracts.
