Short -term nursing home\ninsurance policies and certificates shall have a notic e prominently printed on the first\npage or attached thereto stating in substance that the applicant shall have the right to\nreturn the policy or certificate within thirty (30) days of its delivery and to have the\npremium refunded if, after examination of t he policy or certificate, the applicant is not\nsatisfied for any reason.
