{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.15-180","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.15-180","heading":"Standard provisions -- Annuity and pure endowment contracts.","body":"(1) No annuity or pure endowment contract, other than reversionary annuities (also\ncalled survivorship annuities) or group annuities and except as stated herein, shall\nbe delivered or issued for delivery in this state unless it contains in substance each\nof th e provisions specified in KRS 304.15 -190 to 304.15 -240, inclusive.
