{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.15-708","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.15-708","heading":"Emergency cease and desist order when public health, safety, or welfare","body":"is endangered -- Fee.\n(1) When the department finds that a violation presents an immediate danger to the\npublic health, safety, or welfare that requires an immediate final orde r, it shall issue\nan emergency cease and desist order reciting with particularity the facts underlying\nthe findings.
