{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17-110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17-110","heading":"Time for filing proof of loss.","body":"There shall be a provision as follows:\n\"Proofs of Loss: Written proof of loss must be furnished to the insurer at its\nsaid office in case of claim for loss for which this policy provides any periodic\npayment contingent upon continuing loss within ninety (90) days after the\ntermination of the period for which the insurer is liable and in case of claim for any\nother loss within ninety (90) days after the date of such loss.
