{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17-180","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17-180","heading":"Optional policy provisions.","body":"Except as provided in subsection (2) of KRS 304.17 -040, no such policy delivered or\nissued for delivery to any person in this state shall contain provisions respecting the\nmatters set forth in KRS 304.17 -190 to 304.17-290, inclusive, unless such provisions  are\nin the words in which the same appear in the applicable section, except that the insurer\nmay, at its option, use in lieu of any such provision a corresponding provision of different\nwording approved by the commissioner which is not less favorable in a ny respect to the\ninsured or the beneficiary.
