{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17-210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17-210","heading":"Other insurance in same insurer.","body":"(1) There may be a provision as follows:\n\"Other Insurance in This Insurer: If an accident or sickness or accident and\nsickness policy or policies previously issued by the insurer to the insured be in force\nconcurrently herewith, making the aggregate indemni ty for .... (insert type of\ncoverage or coverages) in excess of $....
