{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17-317","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17-317","heading":"Ambulatory surgical centers, coverage.","body":"(1) All individual health insurance policies providing coverage on an expense incurred\nbasis shall provide coverage for health care treatment or services rendered by\nambulatory surgical centers approved by the Kentucky Health Facilities and Health\nServices Certificate of Need and Licensure Board.
