{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17-350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17-350","heading":"Age limit.","body":"If any policy contains a provision establishing, as an age limit or otherwise, a date after\nwhich the coverage provided by the policy will not be effective, and if such date falls\nwithin a period for which premium is accepted by the insurer or if the insur er accepts a\npremium after such date, the coverage provided by the policy will continue in force\nsubject to any right of cancellation until the end of the period for which premium has\nbeen accepted.
