{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-599","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17A-599","heading":"Commissioner review of alleged violations of KRS 304.17A -593,","body":"304.17A-595, or 304.17A-597.\n(1) Any insured, pharmacy, or pharmacist impacted by an alleged violation of KRS\n304.17A-593, 304.17A -595, or 304.17A -597 may file a complain t with the\ncommissioner.\n(2) The commissioner shall:\n(a) Review and investigate all complaints filed under this section;\n(b) Issue, in writing, a determination to the insured, pharmacy, or pharmacist as to\nwhether a violation occurred;\n(c) For alleged viol ations of KRS 304.17A -595(2)(b)5., consult with the\nKentucky Board of Pharmacy in making the determination of whether a\nviolation occurred; and\n(d) Otherwise comply with KRS 304.2-160 and 304.2-165.\n(3) An insurer, a pharmacy benefit manager, or any other administrator of pharmacy\nbenefits shall comply with KRS 304.2 -165 and otherwise respond to, and comply\nwith, any requests made by the commissioner under this section.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=55760","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:47Z","sha256":"3ecd663d54386b13668dae7ee803c767ee2d4edde68de65ad46cba0246a27fcb","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-597","next":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-600"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
