(Effective January","body":"1, 2027)\nAs used in KRS 304.17A-655 to 304.17A-659:\n(1) \"Feeding or eating disorder\":\n(a) Has the same meaning as in the most recent version of the Diagnostic and\nStatistical Manual of Mental Disorders; and\n(b) Includes:\n1. Anorexia nervosa;\n2. Bulimia nervosa;\n3. Atypical anorexia nervosa;\n4. Binge-eating disorder; and\n5. Any other feeding or eating disorder specified in the most recent version\nof the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders; and\n(2) \"Health plan\":\n(a) Means any health insurance policy, certificate, contract, or plan that offers or\nprovides behavioral or mental health coverage:\n1. By direct payment, reimbursement, or otherwise; and\n2. On a fully insured or self-insured basis or any combination thereof; and\n(b) Includes:\n1. A health benefit plan; and\n2.
