{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-732","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17A-732","heading":"Annual reports on providers prescribing medication for addiction","body":"treatment.\n(1) As used in this section:\n(a) \"Kentucky Board of Nursing\" means the board established in KRS 314.121;\nand\n(b) \"State Board of Medical Licensure\" means the boar d established in KRS\n311.530.\n(2) For all claims made during the preceding plan year, an insurer shall annually report\nto the commissioner the number and type of providers that have prescribed\nmedication for addiction treatment to its insureds:\n(a) In conjunction with behavioral therapy; and\n(b) Not in conjunction with behavioral therapy.\n(3) The commissioner shall submit an annual written report, which shall include an\nexecutive summary, on the information reported under subsection (2) of this section\nto:\n(a) The General Assembly;\n(b) The State Board of Medical Licensure; and\n(c) The Kentucky Board of Nursing.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51732","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:48Z","sha256":"5c72c0bd2019db4b6baa2a7ad1c01a2b4e3cfa18ae8dfd8532434a0c193d4623","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-730","next":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-740"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
