{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-743","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 304.17A-743","heading":"Pharmacy audit appeals process.","body":"(1) The auditing entity conducting an audit shall establish an appeals process under\nwhich a pharmacy may appeal a final audit report. The auditing entity shall provide\nto the pharmacy, prior to or at the time of the delivery of the preliminary audit\nreport, a  written explanation of the appeals process, including the name, address,\nand phone number of the person to whom the appeal should be addressed.\n(2) Following the appeal if it is determined that an audit report or any portion thereof is\nunsubstantiated, th e audit report or unsubstantiated portion shall be dismissed\nwithout the necessity of further proceedings.\n(3) The auditing entity shall not recoup disputed funds or collect interest on disputed\nfunds until the final internal disposition of the audit, incl uding the appeals process\nset forth in subsection (1) of this section.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=29347","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:57:48Z","sha256":"caa7f47e8dca732d96c3229eec4e0bb5dc363098c1a53493d89c0f226c918995","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-741","next":"us-ky/krs-304.17a-745"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
